  • Business Listing Data: Business name, address, description, category, contact information, images, and other listing details you provide.
  • Payment Information: Billing name, address, and transaction IDs. Card numbers are processed by our payment partners and never stored on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, search queries, IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps.

How We Use Your Data

Adsonrent is a professional B2B platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Compliance with IT Act 2000 & DPDP Act 2023

Adsonrent complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, including the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We maintain a published Grievance Officer as required under Section 5(9) of the IT Act.
