1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adsonrent ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adsonrent under the laws of India.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or take advantage of offers

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to create an account.

3. Business Listing Rules

When creating or managing listings on Adsonrent, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information about your business
• Only list businesses that you own or have explicit authority to represent
• Include only authentic images and materials that you have the right to use
• Respond promptly to enquiries received through the Platform
• Maintain your listing and update it when business details change
• Not post duplicate listings for the same business or location
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including GST requirements, FSSAI regulations (for food businesses), and sector-specific licensing requirements

Adsonrent reserves the right to verify any listing and may request supporting documentation. Listings that cannot be verified may be suspended or removed.

4. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on Adsonrent:

• Listings for illegal products or services under Indian law
• Adult, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive business information
• Spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or pyramid schemes
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or terrorism
• Counterfeit goods or services
• Businesses operating without required government licences or registrations
• Use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Attempts to hack, compromise, or interfere with Platform security

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Paid subscription plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices, but we will provide at least 30 days advance notice before applying new prices to your active subscription.

Payment Methods

We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods available through our payment processors. All transactions are processed securely by authorised payment gateways.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at billing@adsonrent.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Adsonrent platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content created by us, is our exclusive intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you post (your business information, images, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your listings on the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or the listings posted by third parties. We do not endorse any specific business, product, or service listed on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Adsonrent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your listings will be removed from the Platform
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded (except as required by law)
• We may retain your data for legal and compliance purposes

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is subject to our data retention obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of Adsonrent after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
